  • We provide psychological therapy for the treatment of a range of difficulties including depression/anxiety, OCD, relationship problems, and recovery from the effects of trauma.

    We are unable to provide treatment for psychotic disorders, eating disorders (that aren’t stablized), severe alcohol or substance-use disorders, forensic or court-madated behavioural disorders.

  • Our clinical psychologists specialize in a range of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Exposure therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

  • We treat clients that are 17 years and older (with no upper age limit).

  • Our current fee for a 50 minute sessions with one of our Clinical Psychologists is $270. If you are accessing our services under a Medicare Mental Health Care plan, then you will receive a rebate of $145.25 for each session (with an out-of-pocket fee of $124.75). We do not offer bulk billing at this practice.

  • Yes. We require a GP referral prior to the intial assessment, in order to commence treatment. This enables us to provide best practice in care, and to involve a medical professional in your treatment.

  • A Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) under Medicare is required in order to claim the rebate for treatment sessions. In order to obtain a MHCP you will need to make an appointment with your regular GP. Please be advised that you may need to schedule an appointment that is longer than usual in order for your GP to complete the MHCP.

  • We are not currently accepting new referrals under WorkCover, NDIS or TAC in 2026, however this is policy will be reviewed mid-year.

  • No. We do not provide assessments or reports for the purpose of legal proceedings.
